HBS's Quality Assurance Plan encompasses all activities in the project development cycle and ensures that: The projects undertaken by the company embody integrated Quality Assurance strategy, plan and procedures. All the project activities related to investigation, design, specifications, procurement, documentation, etc., are strictly conducted conforming to the systems and procedures based on ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Audits and checks are carried out at critical project milestones to ensure compliance with corporate quality norms.
